Internal Medicine & Primary Care

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, I spent a lot of time exploring nature where I became fascinated in science as a young child, always asking the question, “why?”. This curiosity drove me to eventually study biology at the University of Florida, later obtaining my doctor of medicine and master of business administration degrees at the University of South Florida. I was inspired by expert diagnosticians in the field of internal medicine and ultimately developed a passion for outpatient primary care as a platform to help people avoid the suffering seen in our hospitals due to complications of chronic disease.

My professional narrative is enriched by six impactful years at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where I honed my skills both in residency training and as a primary care doctor. This tenure allowed me to navigate intricate healthcare landscapes. From caring for patients and families in the ICU during the COVID pandemic to managing care for patients with organ transplants and rare diseases, I have developed experience in helping patients through a broad range of unique and challenging circumstances.

Throughout the years, lifestyle medicine has become a cornerstone of my practice, as I believe in the power of preventative care and evidence-based lifestyle approaches to treat chronic disease. It brings me pure joy to partner with patients on their journey towards optimal health.

Beyond the clinic, I spend my time with loved ones, exploring new experiences around town, hiking, camping, skiing, playing musical instruments, and watching sports. I love sharing and receiving recommendations from my patients on new spots to check out!
