
What to expect at your first visit:
Your first visit is a comprehensive deep dive into your current medical conditions and lifestyle, spending between 1 to 2 hours in a non-rushed atmosphere. We take a look into how your current medical care can be improved and collaborate on a plan to make you feel confident in your health journey.
Membership Fee: There is a membership fee for our services. Please call us for more information.
Insurance: We accept Medicare, commercial PPO plans (Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare), and cash-pay. We do not accept HMO, Medi-Cal, or plans through Covered California. If you have an out-of-network insurance plan, we are happy to provide you with a cash price list or a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for consideration of reimbursement. Please contact us to learn more about the current insurances we accept.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations with a full refund are available within 30 days of your initial visit. All other membership refunds are at the sole discretion of the clinic.
